Welcome! This is a website that everyone can build together. It's easy!

HomeThis is a featured page

I think you're crazy. But I'll help you anyway.

I originally wanted to do this in keeping with a Stop Shopping lifestyle. But this is very difficult & alas, I am weak. However, I have largely stayed away from major dress, tux & diamond retailers. There are a few dress sites, but for the most part they are there for inspiration. If you are on a budget, some things I have included may help you stay within it. Others may not. I'm mostly going for alternatives from what you see in your average bridal magazine, but that doesn't mean it will cost you any less.

While I have included some historically inspired clothing & perhaps some authentic reproductions, I cannot vouch for the historical accuracy of anything linked to on this site. If you're going for historically accurate clothing, I urge you to do your own research on styles, patterns, colors and fabrics. I also don't know about the quality of anything; if you like something you see, correspond with the business to find out more about it. If you buy clothing that is ready-to-wear, I suggest you make sure it's made from a fabric that can easily be altered, should alterations be necessary.
This website is done on my own time & I am not a wedding planner. I am providing a free service based on what I think is nice. Beyond the ideas I have put down here, I cannot help you. I am a college student & a wage slave; I have neither the time nor the resources to put my life on hold & help someone get married. However, if anything I've done here has been helpful to you, please let me know.
